OPB administers the PSPP according to the Plan text (PDF), which is Schedule 1 to the Public Service Pension Act, 1989, S.O. 1989, c.73.
Please note: OPB’s office will be closed on Wednesday, September 30 in observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We will re-open for regular business hours on Thursday, October 1.
