Your 2025 Retired Member Statement is now available online

For most of our Public Service Pension Plan retired members, your Retired Member Statement (RMS) and cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) letter are available online in your e-services account(opens in a new tab) .

To view it, log in to your e-services account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top-right corner of our website and ‘Member Login’ to access your account. Your statement(s) can be found under 'My Pension' and then under ‘My Documents’.

If you have a paper communications preference or if you are a survivor, your statement and COLA letter will be mailed to you shortly. You can change this at any time through your e-services account to receive a paperless copy next year.
