As part of our pension promise, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to all our clients. For over 10 years, we've been reaching out to ask our clients about their experience with OPB. Your feedback helps us determine the types of services you want and need, and how we can best deliver them to you so that you can make informed decisions about your pension.

We’ve partnered with Ipsos, an industry market research leader to conduct our monthly client surveys. Each month, Ipsos randomly selects about 200 clients who received service from us the previous month to get their feedback while their service experience is still fresh.

We do not share any confidential information with the survey company and we would never call to ask for personal or financial information over the phone. If your phone displays the incoming call is from 416 847 9020, you can expect the caller will identify themselves as Ipsos calling on behalf of OPB to get your perspective on your recent service experience.

The information we get from these telephone surveys helps us understand what is important to our clients and how we can improve our service to members and pensioners. We are committed to protecting client personal information and have a comprehensive policy to ensure we have industry best practices in place. However, we know not all of our members wish to participate in a telephone survey. Please know that you are under no obligation to participate – the choice is always yours.
